It's best to avoid industry vernacular and jargon unless you wish to answer tons of time-wasting questions, or you intentionally wish to confuse potential clients. It may also cause them to avoid your services altogether.

Be sure to allow "room for growth". In other words, don't pin your name down so tightly to one aspect of your business that it hinders you from growth should you find yourself better suited toward other markets. This is especially true when you secure your domain name.

Correct, but they're precision machined to be very accurate...so long as you use the correct tap drill size and there isn't a lot of clearance (slop) between the screw and the hole.
We do a lot of bronze plaque mounting and they work exceptionally well for that purpose also.

I was a tool and die maker in another life and I like to use transfer screws like the ones shown here. They thread into the holes and allow you to get the letters within 1/16" of the paper before you press them into the pattern.

I don't have room on my desk for one more thing, so I use my desktop scanner/printer and Adobe Acrobat. You can assign metadata to your .pdf files for easy search-ability.

From Omega 5 to Omega 6 appears to be insanely cheap: $345.00 through Hyatt's online. Other upgrades are relatively attractive as well.
