    It is all about the dollar...either adapt, find your niche customer, or close up....someone will ALWAYS be cheaper somewhere.

    Welcome, those little sp's are good machines. I still have one running I have had 8 years or so. Keep it running a lot and it will last, the ones that sit are the ones that have more problems. Sounds crazy, but the more ink that goes through them the cleaner the nozzles stay. P-Out1

    Sorry if it is...I guess you would want to go slow while teaching how to do it. I use the tube to take up the backing material, so I do it differently.

    I only problem I have had is the backing paper is so thin. I pull the backing off and rapp it around an old 3" tube. As I go I pull with the tube rapping the backing up as I go. seems to work very well. Hope this makes sense. Under a minute job.

    I have never had an issue with the oracal tape. I used to sew, taping is so much faster, thus cheaper. BANNERS=CHEAP SIGN in most customer's mind.
