You seem to have a lot of problems with Flexi. I've been using it for many years without any major issues. Take a look at your system. -

Do you have two versions of Flexi installed on the system? Maybe loading the wrong P. Mgr. -

Check w/ your local sign supply distributors, one will sell Roland printers and have a service department that will work on printers in & out of warrantee. -
