Abandoning Roland.
For a week, just a good cleaning is all you need. You can power it off from the front but not the side power switch. That need to stay on to cycle the sleep cleanings. -

Setting up gradients for printing
I've ran into a couple gradient combinations that were tough to get right. It didn't matter if they were CMYK or RGB colors but rasterizing them fixed the washed out look. -

What type/brand of material are you printing on? Are you using the right profile with the correct heat settings?
