Anyone know of a good company that has techs that work on HP printers around the west tn area? We have been dealing with HP(they dont have their own techs) and they keep sending these guys out that know nothing.
Our 360 is now shrinking, destroying HIP sheeting, smoking and wont dry. The 365...
While i agree, it wont dry if the temps under 241. On the 365 we got, it will dry around 230.
I will try a different roll and see what happens.
The printer is in a building with climate control.
I thought about that but that didnt answer why the sheeting was suddenly "melting"
You can rub your finger on a spot and feel where it is thinner than the rest. Im worried about how it will look after it gets stuck to aluminum.
Plus, that would have to be a lot of condensation and i couldnt find...
Was running some 3M HIP sheeting yesterday. I noticed the printer was smoking and was doing something to the sheeting. Almost like melting it in spots. It has a funny smell and only does it when it is printing.
Everything seems to look fine on the printer. Anyone ever see this?
This also seems to be a very typical problem with these printers and they dont seem to care. Probably because when they grabbed 3Ms hand, they took over the traffic market.
We have a 360 and 365.
I hate them both. And HP/Grimco tech support is virtually non existent. They(HP) charge 50 bucks just to speak to someone!
The color isnt consistent. It prints short lengthwise. One of them leaks optimizer and HP came by, scratched their heads and left.
