Well, i was looking at the image in rasterlink, and when i transferred it to white, the "smudge" or whatever was in the image itself. When it was black, before making the white profile, it isnt. I exported it in EPS and its fine. Job is now done. Pretty freakin weird but ok..

I usually export as a jpeg. When i use the exact same file and print black on the same material, it does fine.

IDK if they sell just the blade itself. All the ones i have ever seen have the mount on it. You can get a CTO1H blade. They are a bit cheaper but the CTO2U is super steel. Supposed to last longer. The cross cut blade is a CT02U. What are you cutting to be going through blades like that?

Corrugated plastic is TEMPORARY signage. 6 months to a year on that cheap crap is good, IMO.

If you have a plotter, I would recommend 3M EC film reversed over HIP. Thats what we did before 3M shoved the latex printer down our throats. They wont warrantee it but im not sure its even worth it, if its not your biggest base like it is ours.. Do you laminate the ink you print? We laminate...
