It could be the way you have your color management setup in your rip. Is color correction checked? what are the settings under rendering intent? also, what is the color makeup of your blue? -

which vinyl manufacturer is best or worst?
Gerber 220 prints the best. Oracal 851, 751 & 651 also work fine for thermal printing. Avoid Avery like the plague.- Mike Paul

install question on long lettering
Try a top hinge for lettering, cut it in a few pieces between the letters for an easy install. If it's a one piece graphic, you could top hinge 1/3 on right side to get you going straight or do a center hinge but make some stabilo tick marks on the decal and aluminum so it goes down in the...- Mike Paul

Changing to CMYK
Yes, and that works for EPS files but you can only export a RGB Tiff not a CMYK Tiff from Flexi. -

SP300V - Incomplete cuts...
If printing from VersaWorks just set a "dry time" in your printer controls tab. 10 minutes is sufficient for the platen to cool down and makes cutting much better.
