    Interesting product. Why not just buy the flag material and print and then take two staples and staple them to a dowel. Then take a coffee can and wrap some vinyl around it and stick it on a pole.

    I use a Briteline IM2203 with no laminate. Only thing that will damage it is metal. And if it's a bumper sticker. Assuming 3X12 square or whatever size. It's a square why would you need transfer tape.

    +1 Also though. I have noticed the printer sometimes if you dont' replace it fast enough. Will shut down. So keep an eye on it for sure.

    I use 100 100 100. Just have no make sure it will dry. Some materials I have to use a 60 40 70 100 to make sure it will dry.

    If you want to get it tested there are a bunch of companys out there that will do it. Silliker is a big name in food testing. Just about any environmental lab could handle it though.

    We print 13oz key banner matte finish. Run an entire roll through no problems like that. I would check your rip settings.

    Okay. HP says the max thickness for material for the l25500 is 19.7mil. Correct? Then why do they make a profile for the 3M 4090 DG3. If the material is 22mil thick. I'm confused can you print on this or can't you?:blueboy:

    Weird question... but I was printing on IJ35-10 today. And I thought this is the best smelling vinyl I have worked with. I was wondering if anybody have a favorite vinyl smell.

    No. Each page is 11X17 and consits of four catalog pages then when you fold it in half like a hamburger it makes 2 pages with a front and a back.
