This^^ Problem is the graphics are usually stupid money and they make you buy both sides. You may find it much less expensive to design something along the same lines then do both sides.

I agree with 2CT Media. Get something that won't be a stumbling block to production. 54" cutting width minimum. Check into Summa/Airmark. Phil J. will answer all your questions.

Since no one else has said it I will. Best way I've found to save time and make money creating vectors is to let the Vector Doctor do it. Got enough going on without having to pay for and learn another program to do work I don't like doing.

My method is to make sure the lead edge is perfectly square to the sides. That way all I need to do is line up the lead edge with the groove on the platen.

Try contacting the manufacturer. Some of them may have media kits you can use. Otherwise go to an RV dealer and take some. 2 minutes with the pen tool in Ps and you're golden.

Standard(720x720) is roughly 32 square feet per hour or ~ 3 square meters per hour. Draft mode(360x360) is a bit over 100 square feet per hour or ~ 9.3 square meters per hour.
