We have to replace 32 of these and can't figure out what type of system they are. They are about 5-10 years old and it looks like the banner is stretched to the sides and then clamped down. These are large mesh banners, hanging. Any help would be appreciated.

Correct, window perf that is clear. We print to the second surface with digital white to apply to inside of windows. The perf has to be made for UV Printing as the liner on some clear window perfs are too shallow and allow the ink to dry/cure inside the holes.

Who has a good clear window perf for UV printing?

Use Bond Aid, look it up, you will be fine. Either that or lightly sanded with fine grit sandpaper the surface, you won't notice it on the front.
