I have the same problem with a Duracoat Gold, I notice there is a lot of tension in the foil.........

Maintenance is very simply with Gerber System, Clean, Avoid Dust.....you can turn off the machine and forget about it, after months you can turn on again and star working without problems!!! Not daily maintenance!! This is very important for non profesionals users!! Not smells!!...

The solution is a little confused, to work in Metric system I have to choose Millimeters in RULER UNITS and EEUU in MEASUREMENT SYSTEM, There is not option of METRIC....but now work well in Metric ;)
