  1. Gino's origanal

I will buy a skid of it.
  2. How cold is it where you live?

Back home? Like I mentioned, the humidity had a lot to do with it, along with the wind. -20C was perfect play outside weather. -30C was unpleasant, but bearable with the right clothes, and usually the schools only closed if it hit -40. Well, busses we're called off, and if you lived nearby you...
  3. How cold is it where you live?

I love you, Québec. We're finally seeing a break, as it's already -25C, and should warm up to -20C. Yesterday was -28C, but felt like -40 with the wind chill. Frostbite was a risk within ten minutes. Used to hit -35C without wind chill all the time back home up North, but damn does the...
  4. Art file somehow turned into a folder???

What platform are you on? It could be just messed up file associations, and that refreshing them will do the trick.
  5. working on new concession trailer

Depends on the demo. Boutique food carts are huge right now, and anything carnival-like would be avoided like the plague. The same demo that frequents boutique carts is also decidedly older, in the early 20s to mid 30s. It looks great, given the right venue.
  6. Arial vs Helvetica

The arms of the lower case R are pretty telling as well.
  7. T Shirts

Thanks, I'll look into them. Whole-heartedly agree on the quality though. Mind you, it doesn't seem AA can ever decide on a standard tag for their women's shirts. Minor gripe.
  8. T Shirts

What about the cost though? They're easily three, sometimes four times as expensive as Sanmar, depending on the product you get. Anyone have any luck finding a decent facsimile for AA? Good stuff, but their prices are atrocious.
  9. Arial vs Helvetica

Where's the swastika smiley then? Brilliant! 66% so far, but I don't have time to go through all of them. I get my underwear in a can, just like everyone else, thank you very much.
  10. Arial vs Helvetica

Oooh! Link?! Sidenote, is that "flamey" smiley both racist and homophobic? Wow, internet.
  11. Arial vs Helvetica

Only one wrong, Mattel. The key is to choose the uglier one! :flamey:
  12. A little cold today

That's a shame! Means you missed out on the most fun/dangerous of all childhood activities; the infamous, downhill, after-dark, GT Snowracer competition! On a side note, just forgot one more casualty of the weather. Yesterday, the winds were so bad, the bolts for my gated fence pulled right...
  13. A little cold today

Thank you, though it wasn't a huge loss; a few mason jars, and a couple wine bottles full. Considering how much we got out of the keg, that's easily within an acceptable loss level. Still, it was from my neighbourhood brewery though, so anything wasted is at least a little sad. So cool! Is...
  14. A little cold today

Thought I'd be smart and save what was left of the keg this way, after I had my housewarming party. Went in to check on everything the other day, and my shed smelled like beer. What hadn't frozen solid had exploded. Took out the trash this morning, and it was so cold, the garbage bin...
  15. Lance Armstrong doped....

Hit the nail right on the head there. I can think of few other people right now that would make as great of an example as Lance. He's a learning experience waiting to happen.
  16. Lance Armstrong doped....

To me, it's not so much the doping that's the problem, but how he acted when the cat was out of the bag. The guy took drugs? Ban him, simple. But he actively, and vehemently, pursued anyone in court that had the balls to try to expose him. He ruined people's lives to serve his own ego, and lined...
  17. Can Anyone Confirm This English to French Translation?

You couldn't be further from the truth! :Big Laugh Really though, the dialectical differences are pretty crazy. The French I was taught, in Northern Ontario, was based off of Parisian French. As it turns out, that's pretty much useless anywhere but Paris. The guys from Northern Ontario don't...
  18. Can Anyone Confirm This English to French Translation?

Yeah we used the Bescherelle more than the dictionary. I think my brain was broken though, as the book always confused the hell out of me. Got one for my wife a few years ago, who's first language was French, but lost it after the age of 4. She was ecstatic. I actually lost my French while...
