    In VersaWorks, when you go into "Layout", make sure under "Position" the "Center on Media" is NOT!! checked. That will give you way better cutting registration. The print should print to the side a bit, not centered. Along with the other suggestions as well, ;) you should get better results.

    In the meantime, to keep things going, you might want to open up an account with Signs365, and FireSprint (they are a signs101 member), this way you can at least keep your orders going in some fashion. Try to keep the business alive in some ways by subbing work out. That would be my first move.

    The dealer I got my VersaCamm's from also sells Epson printers. Although they have an in house tech, if something goes wrong with and Epson, he said that only Epson can service the printer.
