In visual cut do you have two definitions selected for cut? Set your settings in visual cut with two different tools then set them in order you want them to cut. You may have to go into setup in visual cut and make it notice a second contour called something along the lines of "PerfCutContour"...

You missed one thing. Each office will have different design, hence why he would be ordering 20 OF EACH design. Not 400 of the same design at once.

Remember the OP said 20 offices with 20 different designs. So I doubt he will be ordering 400 at a time.

Sorry did not see you said 5.5. That is weird because I just recently updated one of our machines to CC and it had CS 5 before and it used my last settings always.
