I bought a NIX Pro 2. I print the spot color, laminate, read it with the NIX to get a CMYK value, then I change the spot color in Flexi to CMYK, print, lam & read that and start to make adjustments from there. Sometimes I match right away after a couple of adjustment, sometimes I can't match...

Sorry, I wasn't being vague on purpose, I thought maybe someone had done them before out of vinyl. Some of them are just decals.

Is cast vinyl w/laminate considered chemical resistant enough to make lockout tags when applied to a 15mil rigid vinyl?

I've had this problem on several rolls. I put some foam tape inside the core where the black rubber on the printer grabs the roll. It solved the problem.

I print double sided banners on my HP365 all the time. I also add bleed to the 2nd side just in case. The reason a sign professional wouldn't print 2 regular banners and put them back to back is that regular banner material is translucent and side 2 interferes with the legibility of the front...

I'm having issues with my 700 and banner material. What material are you using and what profile? I'm using Duratex 13oz Gloss Banner

Do you recalibrate your profiles? When I make the profile on my 365 I print color charts. Then when we have to match a color I recalibrate the profile which is supposed to bring it back to the way it was when you made the profile.

N Glantz has it in 6mm. I wouldn't use 3mm on that size, it may hold fine but I like to error on the side of caution.

No your machine does not print white, you need to print on clear adhesive vinyl mirrored and then apply a white vinyl with clear adhesive to the print.

Right click on the tiles you don't want to print and it will gray them out.

We switched back to Flexi 12 also, I found so many bugs it was unbelievable. Imported pdf files missing random text and graphics was the kicker. They sent me a patch but it didn't help. I've been with them since it was casmate, I can't believe they put this product out.

I'm not sure if it's a setting, I've been with Flexi since forever and it has always been like that, unless I've also have some setting wrong this whole time :)

Go to Edit, Preferences, Tools, then in the left window click on Paste you can set an exact spot for any duplicates

The letter I got says through November 2018 because they found a vendor with ink dated Feb. 2019

Where did you see the announcement? I went to their website (gspinc.com) and it still says ending July 2018
