Trying to set up a mockup of an incandecent sign...like the attached pic. Tried using a dot wingding and fitting it to a path which was the letter but cant get the dots to center along the letter. Anything aisde from setting each dot by hand?

I need to open 35 pdfs, size them, then save them as a jpg in photoshop. I think I've resized batches of jpgs like this but not sure if it's possible to go pdf>resize>new file type automatically. Looking to click, walk away and come back to a folder of JPGs Any help is appreciated.
