+1. Opaque foils makes the life easiest....to avoid print to print errors(gaps) and other problems/fails of Gerber Edge Printers and Omega. Roland Colorcamm is a Junk but has some opaque foils(Gold, Silver Mate/Mirror, etc, etc) that are very helpful with a lot of works... Regards.

Hello, why Gerber or Aftermarkets suppliers as Gerber, Duracoat,ZeroNine,....does not make a Opaque Foils for the Gerber?!!! Best Regards.

Hello, with a " old junk" Roland PC600 work great.....I think that the problem is not the vinyl, perhaps the foils , tomorrow I will print with other colour.... Regards.

Hello Fred, yes I use Omega 3.0 and Gerber Edge Foils(old Foils...) I going to check the vinyl Pallete! I think that the Vinyl is good because is "Certified" to use with Gerber Edge. When I try to print with "Black" Foils, the foils break... Regards.

Mine too.....open, close,open,close the lid.....is possible sensors problems(vinyl sensor or lid sensor)???
