I'm getting a faint ink bleed, a milky cloudy look, very light blue in the white areas some blotchy, printing red seems to be OK, no bleed. I did a cleaning, and tried different media. Valuejet 1204. An approved Endura ink cartridge from Sign Warhouse.

I have used One Shot gold metallic but it looks dull. I want something shiny like gold leaf. Two other companies in my area dimentional foam signs have a very long lasting and bright and shiny gold paint on their lettering. Can anyone recommend where to get this gold? It is not gold leaf. Thanks.

I noticed the the printed vinyl a bit softer and harder to weed, but have never tested it for durability.

Does cast print vinyl, white, last as long not laminated as cast cut vinyl? I have assumed when out of the one, just use the other for cutting only. I was concerned the printed type may have less UV protection for it to accept ink better. I have in the past used the printed types when needed.

When I try to print, (from Corral X5 to Flexi 10 using a Mutoh 1204) a gradiation I get steps. I have set my Flexi to "SUPER" yet still the steps show up. Is there a setting in coral for higher res? I am exporting from coral to Flexi with an EPS file.
