The picture is how it is as default, from looking at my cutting I think I need to add a touch more offset. If I make even the slightest adjustment in the sttings I get crazy results like random cutting, or the head just goes diagonally and doesn’t stop?

If I make any offset adjustment here in flexi the cutter goes haywire?

I should have said it move as it should do! There is resistance from turning the gears and motor.

Hi, I have a problem with my GS15 plus cutter, it has started to cut incorrectly on the Y axis? the belt is not slipping? the carriage moves freely when switched off so thats not the issue? If I use the direction arrows to move the carriage back and forth sometimes it just buzzes without moving...

You would think that a cartridge redesign that offwinds the ribbon at a constant tension regardless of quantity of remaining ribbon wouldn’t be beyond today’s design engineers?

Does the edge fx have a better solution?

Just did a job and it was fine this time! I use a mix of genuine Gerber and others, old and new. I guess all you can do is use adequate trapping / choke and hope for the best. I wonder if the ambient temperature has an effect, I have my set up in a spare bedroom which can be pretty cold sometimes?

Hi All, Recently I have noticed the registration accuracy between colours has been not as good as it should be? Does anybody have any suggestions as to what might be the cause? I have cleaned the sprocket feed wheels and rubber roller. Thank you in advance Alistair

Computer died and i don't have the disc to re-install Photoprint, we have a licence and dongle for it but no disc. tried scanvec but they don't keep that version anymore. Can anyone here help????
