bi directional calibration perhaps, have you tried also printing a job unidirectional?

intersting video, would qustion te acuracy Video shows printing white first then returning to origin for pass of cmyk, I have found this method not accurate with registration of the two passes

I believe it to be a Korean made product so you could try contacting the manufauture directly

have you replaced the capping station with genuine OEM parts, as being on the outermost side this is the one that will require a 100% good seal and inferior copy parts sometimes just dont cut the mustard

what printer are you using?

definately half a dozen tiny drops of oil on the teeth of the belt either side of the head at regular intervals has fixed my problem, clean the teeth of the belt with a paint brush as mine had dark dirt spots that coinsided with the noise as it reached the gear wheel at the end

Agree with above comment, give it a wiggle or 2, it will come free, seems to be an issue which would benefit from a fix.

From what I have been reading a bad valve in the damper will cause the ink line to loose pressure and flow back into the cartridge, so I think this may be the issue here?
