    I agree with Brazen. What service is available in your area in a reasonable amount of time. We had to choose between HP and Roland. We went with the Roland because there service is great and HP s**ks.

    Just wondering if you removed the protective plastic film on the substrate? From the pictures it looks like the fraying is really the film.

    The laminate does not affect the air release. Air release is basically small channels in the adhesive that allows you to push the air out the sides. Air does not "evaporate" from the surface.
