customer is doing plane interiors and need custom labels but wanting individual letters. We've done some in silk screen but hes wanting something different..

I have a 42" Go Rio Sublimation printer, which is a Mutoh draftstation from what I've been told.. My problem is it will not print yellow and has sucked magenta ink up into the yellow lines. We have replaced the capping station & the print head, the dampers 3 times... I cannot get any ink to pull...

It is a Mutoh Draft station and weve replaced the capping station and the ellow dampners and still wont print yellow.. It is sucking magenta ink from somewhere... The tech tell me it needs a head now... Anyone had his problem?
