The helmet is done in 3 pieces. I start at the front (mask area) and work my way from there toward the back. The MPI EZ will allow a lot of stretch and still hold tack. I ONLY use a finger glove to rub the material into the helmet. Any vent holes I bridge over and cut and recess later with...
I have semi trailer skinz with ez on the road for over 3 years here in MN with the road salt, etc... As long as you cut the rivets and the seams in the trailers you won't have any issues. The trailers I do are ALL refrigerated so they condensate. Condensation needs weep holes. The trailers I...
Wrap it then clear over it with automotive based clear. The clear needs to have flex additive to allow for the movement and hits the plastic will take. Done it numerous times. Off course you need to charge accordingly. I do the same thing on goalie helmets. Piece of cake if you have the skill...

I have had the issue a few times. Once when I had primer on the surface and tried to remove the wrap after placing. Secondly when I don't have the heat on the laminator turned on when laminating. Both with Avery MPI EZ.
Printed big panels. Seams are covered with the light sabers on the sides. Two pieces total for the main helmet. The back piece is one more. The entire thing is cleared with automotive clear to save from drops and puck hits.
Sorry Yamaha581 I couldn't get an image into the private message...
Piece of cake. Two pieces. 3 if you include the unattached back piece that tightens around the head. Using Avery MPI 1005 EZ. Selecting the material is key. NO primer used. "Fear is the path to the Dark Side." :)
No more than I would expect it from any other product I buy in my life. Not just including "art" supplies. Buying products is a risk. When your new car breaks down they don't pay you for lost wages not being able to get to work do they? Nope. I can also tell you that HUGE manufacturing...
