What? All I asked for is square footage. The guy wants a bid for how much it is gonna cost to flat black his truck. I gave him a square footage price installed. Now I need the square footage so I can give him an accurate price. Maybe I am lost.
Have a customer that lives about 300 miles away and wants a quote. Can anyone tell me the square footage of a 2012 dodge mega cab? Entire vehicle will be covered including mirrors. I live in bum-f**k no where and the closest dodge dealer is 45 miles away. Thanks for any help.

Terrible splatter issues. Been on the phone with fellers tech and mutoh. Cleaned everything to their requests including the data strip and the encoder wheel. Squeegee is fine and operable. The drag marks in the low print head setting actually look like overspray to me. Doesn't matter what...
If you search there is a million threads about this. However.... everyone has an opinion and differs. I use Avery MPI ez and eco inks. I allow about an hour is all. 40 semi trailers and counting over 2.5 years with ZERO failures in MN climate.

Great work. I wish people would leave the "my material is better than yours" crap out of it. The work is great and don't worry about the material. I have used the same you did for 3 years on over 30 semi trailers that are steam washed every night. MN weather with snow, rain and road salt and...
I like it but I will always wonder why the slant is opposite on the passenger side than the drivers. Dan knows a lot more about design than I but having the slant be back side high on one side and then back side low on the other makes me go hmmmmmm.
