tried to trade up from BN-20 About 6 months ago I tried to trade up using my 2 year old BN-20. My dealer offered $1200 for the $8500 retail priced machine. A little disappointing, but I understand. I've decided to keep it for now, but may try and sell it once my 64" upgrade arrives.

It varies, the thickness of the vinyl, the thickness of the adhesive, and wear on the blade. Just checked it is currently set at 95. I always do a test cut at the beginning of the job, then again mid way through if it is a large job.

I guess it's the technical term for reflective vinyl.

I need a recommendation for what brand of retroreflective vinyl is the best to use. I've tried Avery, that's not going to hold up. I've done two different test samples and within weeks they have started to lift. It doesn't seem to have enough adhesive to stay in place for any length of time...
