Hmmm.... maybe me doing an alignment and it working was just a coincedence. Maybe it was just a problem with a bad profile, not actually out of alignment? I'll probably send a picture to my tech and see what he thinks.

I THINK it was caused by an improper profile slipping in there. Sometimes Flexi decides to use a profile other than my default on new jobs... I just need to watch for it.

Hey all! I've just had my L26500 about a week now and I'm loving it. However, this evening, I'm running a bunch of decal jobs and this just started happening (see attached). The blurring is at the very beginning of the decal job and then cleans up pretty quickly. Right before it started...

So... the resort in my town does a pirate cruise every year and they want me to bid the job. The wrap is all banner material, held on by velcro. They reuse the prints for 3 years and then reprint. There is roughly 1950 sq/ft of banner and about 100 sq/ft of actual adhesive vinyl to fill in where...

What would your recommendation be? 80% of our business is printed decals on intermediate vinyl, so my fear is that we don't do enough high-performance vinyl production to justify carrying multiple cast vinyls... what do you think? And if 3751RA is overkill, what is a cheaper digital cast that...

Gotcha. My goal is to make as much money on as few medias as possible :) Keep things simple and keep my overhead low. :)

Do people still use the Oracal 3751 for non-wrap applications? Seems like people use IJ180C for just about everything. I don't see why you couldn't use 3751 for everything also, but I was just curious :)

What is it about the 3751 that makes experienced wrappers love it? Why wouldn't experienced wrappers love more user friendly wraps? Wouldn't easy = time = money? Thanks for your feedback!
