im sure it's a simple task for most, but at the moment I'm struggling to do this so it can be sent to the Printer to cut just the image, not the rectangle surrounding image? (LXi software, then sending to newest Versa works)
For our first foray into the print-side of things, we went with the VG540 about a month ago. Although we've had it just a few weeks, we can tell this thing is gonna be a working beast. We typically buy equipment with more capabilities than we'll need and always end up glad we did once we get the...
I have a chance to purchase one that's a couple years old and only used a few times before the business shut down. I've watch several videos about them and the appear to be built pretty well, just wanted to see what kind of opinions are out there about the brand? (what other brand could they be...
Anyone have feedback to share on Guardian 65"laminators? (I found a 2 yr old used one a couple hrs from me and considering it if the brand quality checks out!)
My first thought is that you make one final "reach out" to them, but this time talk to the Equipment sales dept. and would mention your up-coming purchase and though you like their product, you will need them to change their policy regarding buying parts from them over the counter before you'd...

My thoughts exactly-been studying this for some upcoming lettering for dirt racecars. It's cut prism vinyl on top of cut fluorescent vinyl, on top of the print job. (for sure)
That said, is there a preferred place that sells the Roland ink for the best price? (Or, what/where are some suggestions on where any of you buy ink for your own Roland equipment, and I'll be glad to check them out and compare on my own.)
I've seen numerous ways I can send my stuff done on my LXi software, so will explore this angle as well. Hoping to cover all this with the folks delivering/assembling my new stuff next week) thx!!
