Every thing I try to print stops at 2%. The heads make about 3 or 4 passes
then the carriage stops halfway through. No error messages. I have shut
everything down and rebooted and still does it. Any Ideas?
Mutoh Falcon outdoor 48 and Flexi 7.6v6
I know this must have been discussed here before...but my search skills
suck. I can't find anything on wrap on plastic or rubber molding.
So, do you leave the wrap on rubber and plastic moldings or no? We are
wrapping a truck bed that has custom fenders added and it has rubber
molding around...
I just replace the heads on my Falcon Outdoor 46 a few months ago. Had
problem with the LM not printing so replaced the damper and all was fine.
Now I'm getting a really bad nozzle check, especially the black is all over
the place and LM stopped printing again. I checked the damper and LM was...
Had to do some maintenance station repairs. When we put everything back
together the LCD read out is missing sections of it and acting unusual. Running
out full rolls of material, showing undefined media, etc. Is there something
we can do to reset it all to default? Or what? Help!
Hey guys, Think of me tomorrow, and cross your fingers... Going in to the
hospital to get a heart stint. I know its a fairly simple procedure. I'll just be
there over night. Just the same...I'm a little anxious. :peace!:
On my nozzle check LM is printing blue-gray. Usually when this sort of thing
happens you can print a few test prints and cleaning it will stop. I can't get
it to stop this time. Cross contamination I suppose, do you think I should
replace the damper? Help please!
Welcome Back OP, We missed you. Take it easy bro and keep getting better.
We missed your rants and Republican bashing. Now we look forward to it.
Hope you will be able to get around to making some more Pottery soon too.
Signs 101 loves you!:loveya:
I've painted a lot of canvas awning with oneshot lettering enamel. Never had
to paint out old lettering. I was thinking either latex or one shot poster. What
do you recommend? Its a black awning and I have some black latex but would
need to order poster if I use that. What have you used?
I have a client wanting a simple logo made from cut out metal. His idea is rustic
copper cutout, roughly 4'x8'. I don't think he requires it to be copper, only to
look like rustic copper (hammered). So my thought was to use sheet
copper laminated to plywood, or something, and cut out...
These fonts have been in the works for well over a year. Finally ready for
release. I am extremely pleased with the results and I hope you will be also.
Please have a look at the new pages at www.signfonts.com. I have also
created a symbol font from the design elements I have been making...
A few of the pieces that I still have around. Getting them down to photograph
makes me want to get back into it again. I haven't worked in clay for around
10 or more years.
These are all stoneware cone8 wheel thrown. I formulated the glazes myself.
OP, your post about "getting it up"...
