Have you tried Substance laminates? They have 10 and 15 mil and it is mega sticky and nice n thick. Good stuff.

Any idea how hot you need to get it to work successfully? more than 140 degrees? as standard people heat pads get that warm. . I will try anything.

Interesting. We use Substance, but print with an Epson S80600, No laminate sticking issues so far. Didn't realize when said optimizer that was a Latex only thing. So much to learn. So little time.

Ya, we still have issues cutting the thick stuff. The slivering from the cut is clogging up the knife and getting into the rollers of the cutter head. I really think the best and most efficient way to cut this stuff is with a flatbed.
