I would have to agree with Signburst, on this, some where one of your PC is creating unnessasary network traffic, I would shut everything down reset all routers/switches and Power Up one piece of equipment at a time checking its speed.. once you power up a pc and the slowness starts that one is...
If its Painted Use esay off Oven Cleaner But do Not leave it on to long it will Burn the Gel coat.. once removed use Buffing wheel and compound to bring back high shine..
But beware the Older the Lettering the More chance of shadowing...I have also seen where the Paint actually rasied the gel...

for all you guys using quickbooks pro, How are you keeping track of inventory Like Vinyl??
Are you setting up a inventory Item and setting the cost to the sqft and the price to what you sell it at per sqft and listing the quanity as how much sqft you have?

when using the roland cutstudio, you need to set the cutter's rotation to 0 degrees. it is probably set to 90 degrees which is used for Flexi.
to change press the menu key twice then arrow over so you see force on screen, than arrow down to rotate. set rotate to 0
Those are my thoughts also, Lots of needed inprovements.
The only thing that bothers me is the Price to upgrade! (save 100 Bucks) it also looks like you need to by all new plugins.. to match what your using know.
Have you tried shutting down all the PC's to make sure all network connections are cleared? some times a network server may not release a file like it should. I would even restart the PC 0r server you have the database running on.
than run a database repair which is under the Management option.
