Just got a chance to try it again
It’ a valuejet 1204
The exact code is E079
I put new print head dampers and maintenance station on
I had it printing near perfect
The only thing I had an issue with was the pinch rollers
I noticed tonight they were stuck pretty bad to the material but I’m...
So after a rebuild of the print system I went in this morning to hearing a clicking sound like a relay sound over and over and com error flashing
I turned it off and unplugged restarted and as it was starting up the clicking started again as it was initializing and shut down with the same error...
After some more searching I found out how to do the print adjustment
Here is what I got
Now I have to find out just how to adjust the head
Don’t mind the black marks from the pinch rollers
I need to replace them next
call me crazy but have search high and low for how to do a head alignment on my. DX5. I installed on a 1204 and I can not find anything! Can someone help ?
I tried printing on single direction mode and its the same. I am trying to find a link on how to do these head alignments. Can anyone help? I don't see anything.
I did get it seated good and level, I learned that the hard way a long time ago
Next I’ll do the calibration
And see what happens
I just hope that’s all it is that’s wrong
I’m being told by the guy I bought the head that it’s not aligned properly
I attached a couple images of the nozzle check
Can someone confirm from the pics that’s the issue? Is there Any links on how to set this head correctly ? He also said I need to enter in the new head rank
So my prints are looking very grainy and almost have a shadow effect in a pink kind of color
Text is very hard to read
I’ve tried printing in a few different modes
Could it be an issue with the new head?
Also off this topic but I got some cleaner on my pitch rollers and I’m getting tracks down the vinyl from it
Any tips to get that to stop besides new rollers?
