No. As I explained, drying and curing are two different things. Being dry and non-sticky does not tell you that complete polymerization (or curing) has occurred.

Drying = evaporation of the solvent Curing = the polymerization of the ink

SignManiac, Do you know what the differences are between how a CMX file and a CDR file are saved? The only difference I ever noticed is that the page size is not saved in a CMX file but I figure there has got to be more to it than that.

Who's asking about a 4'x8' decal? Who power washes their shower? MY dishwasher subjects MY decals to a harsher environment than MY shower does. That's really all I'm saying.

I applied printed, calendared, non-laminated decals to my 3 year old daughter's bowls and cups and they've held up remarkably well after 100's of runs through the dishwasher.

Are you cleaning the heads with swabs or just using the machine's clean cycle?
