Hmmmmmmmm... I'm still a small sign shop. I probably have not used my Gerber in a month and a half at least. At what point do I decide if It's worth keeping around rather than get money out of it to pay for equipment I use every day?

Ya, if I could keep it busy, I would probably keep it. It's made me money, and it's not near as high maintenance as my current printer. However, I love the quality of the graphics that Mutoh can provide.

In Photoshop, do I want to use a certain resolution? This being my first wrap in photoshop, I bumped it up to 300 pixels per inch to make sure it looks goo at that size. However, it's slow loading :)

I'm equally proficient with both. However, I've never brought pics into Illustrator. I'll use Photoshop then. Thanks

This is my first time doing a tailgate wrap that needs high resolution photos included in the graphic. The High resolution pics will be in the background, and will have text laid over the top. Do I do everything in Photoshop? Or do I bring the pics into Illustrator and do my work there? Thanks!

I print a lot of decals for automotive companies with my Mutoh Falcon. What is the difference in life span between a laminated decal and a non-laminated decal?

How do you guys go about keeping your roll of print and laminate tracking together through the laminator. Seems like I always start off good, but somewhere down the line, the laminate starts tracking off of the roll of graphics. Do you initially line it up and keep it lined up?

Are removed ink cartridges bad? For instance, can I replace my black cartridge and then put the old one back in a week later?

Seems like every time I throw more than 1 print job in my queue, I have to reset that InterCon SEH box that connects the Mutoh to my computer. Sometimes I also have to reset Flexi PhotoPrint 10 to get it to let me send the file to the printer again. Any ideas on how I can be rid of this...

Ok, will do! We've done a TON of head soaks and cleanings... but hopefully now they will work right. There is a definite "click click" when the heads go over the wiper now. Never heard that before.
