to change that, in the youtube link make sure wmode is transparent ie: inside the object tag add <param name="wmode" value="transparent" /> then inside the embed tag add in wmode="transparent"

Yes, almost anything is possible provided you have the money and time. this method is better suited for customizing of existing graphics. think of it like this: a sign for a house for sale. you can change the picture, change the phone number, change the agent, but the placement is unchangeable...

it's doable with the magento zeetaprint api. however I think their prices are something like 1$ per preview. that means if someone comes to your site and makes a test sign, then leaves, you still owe zeta 1$.
