What kind of printer are you trying to print on? I know on my Roland it has an option to switch to a clear media or opaque media on the printer itself. I am not sure what that does but it's there. Does anyone know?

did anything update? Make sure you are on correct firmware for the version of your graphic program - Make sure on the plotter you have the correct size of reg marks set that you are using

Your not going to match 100% but looking at 3M 1080 they have a Satin Sheer Luck Green #1080-S336 its is like a apple green with Mettalic

I don't think they have that - that was with SignVox - they are now ShopVox and its $99mo plus $20mo per user. I have ShopVox

Your worried about 4" of material? Charge it to the customer if it matters. I usually have almost 2' of wasted material when I print a single job and my customer pays for that
