Any idea what this font is?

Just started printing Avery 1005 vinyl with a lot of solid black in the graphic and the black is light...Almost like it's not putting down enough ink. Done test print and medium cleaning, but still the same. Tried high speed, standard, and high quality but not much different. Any ideas?

Thought I would post some pictures of my first full wrap. The vinyl was Avery and was printed by someone in IL and shipped to the State Farm agent here, we just installed it. I didn't like where the phone # ended up but that's where they showed it on there drawings.
