In flexi you can choose different types of contour registration marks. Try using the Graphtec segment types. I think you'll have to adjust the plotter so it knows which marks to look for

the 1324 has 4 check valves, one for each ink cartridge. They are supposed to shut off the ink when you change cartridges. Mine went bad. 3 of the 4 stuck closed. In my case i only had black ink at the print head... I would suspect that may be your problem too. the mutoh part# is DG-42989 If...

My 1324 has a float in the waste tank. I would imagine you could bypass the float, as it should be an on/off switch. and you should be able to use any type of container...

I have a 1324. my measurements are nearly identical, but should add that the center bore is 32mm.

I use Oracal 5650RA for emergency vehicles. It prints well, and is pretty affordable and is easy to apply. I always laminate anything printed on reflective. Also Always apply reflective dry.

Check the cutoff knife. Mine loosened up and nothing would work right.

Have you tried different weave effects? Depending on your RIP you may have different options, but try Fine & Fog 3 if you can.
