Get a flash light and examine the roller cages where they clamp on the torsion bar. We had the same issue. There was a small crack in the cage which would cause it to track inconsistently due to uneven pressure from side to side.

I would say........ Plasti-dip (with a better name) and some UV protectant on top. Ask the customer for the video of a removal. That would be interesting to see.

OP was using 33 square feet and did not elaborate so I priced one side of ten trucks. Never assume anything with a customer and always double check your math. It will cost you.;)

How well does this material hold up on Semis thru the Blue Beacon abuse? I read the warranty claims but that always depends on exposure to elements which is valid. All these other products listed on this thread have no warranty and failure within a year.
