    Here's a side view of self contained channel letters, ask your distributor for the right glue for polycarbonate. You can also get wider trim cap if 1'' seems to small.

    I would make it like a channel letter .080 alu. back with trim cap & neon lexan face. unless the lexan is only 60'' max, then Panaflex

    Tupperware sells a t-chef series. they work great, they separate into 2 pieces for easy cleaning and have a screw driver/ paint can opener on the back side. $50 bucks but well worth it

    The illustration looks good, I would lower the 1201. As far as the font, it doesn't need a shadow. I used LHF Bootcut regular.
