Wow that's big. I would think one would have to consider re-enforced steel I- beams for the structure it is mounted to. I doubt it should be mounted to bleachers

S Rex, it didn't appear to be available in X5 , I just read over the new release features.Probably won't upgrade until the old XP's need it. Until then Illy is what I use for Bickham script, Sinzano and such. There is a Ministry Script guide here that shows some things about it...

I hope they offer the feature in upcoming releases, perhaps X6.

Can't tell from looking, but I would think most fabricators would put a 90 degree bend on the bottom for a retainer, but who knows these days.

Seriously, a sign inspector providing you are a UL shop will not let them pass an inspection if they are not porcelain.

In my experience, calenderd vinyl doesn't work well unless the surface is flat.translucent would be the best way to go on pan formed lexan.Even cast 651 works better.

If I were making the sign , in the real economy around here. Similar to "Baz" 1 color would be just fine.

It doesn't hurt to wash them in water before you use them for the first time.

Go to an automotive store and get Non Detergent motor oil. If it doesn't say non detergent on the container then it is not likely to be non detergent. You will be glad to have purchased the right oil , especially when you store tour brushes for several years.
