Its a Mutoh TOUCAN LT. It only does it when flexi is using some sort of marker or border. If it is a group of contour cut stickers, it places a line only where the sticker falls right below each sticker, cut that the only place. That and where the crop marks fall. I wasnt having this issue...

can someone please help with the id of the font in this pic. The U is throwing me for a loop

What i need is a Double Sided printed graphic. I need a different image on each side. Kind of like you see promo graphics is places like McDonald's and such. It is usually vinyl printed on both sides, then laminated with a double sided adhesive. And yes they are contour cut.

anyone out there that can take this job. They are large graphics need to be double sided printed with adhesive on one side.

i am dead in the water with a Q160, it will find some of the rollers but not all. If i move them mostly to the far right, it will find them all. Any Help is greatly appreciated.

would depend on compatibility. The Toucan LT is a modified Rockhopper II after market would have to be mega compatible for me to change from OEM. Everyone i have come across does sell the Lite color carts

when i do a contour cut. same issue. cut does not meet back up to match

i turned off the overcut. The cut of the circle now meets at the bottom, but leaves a piece still connected. Does this give a hint to anyone?

test plot cut a square, but has a hairline slit on right hand side.

no matter what i changed the offset setting too, it doesn't change cut at all.

I tried a new blade, thats not it. Cutter has some time on it. Can you tell me how to check the offset, before buying a blade holder. Is this in the arms system. I have printed out crosshairs, and used the pen and that whole deal. They match fine. I thought that was only for contour cutting...

This is happening with every cut. Going to flexi, make a circle, qty 4, all circles do not meet back up at starting point. Happens with plain lettering. And yes i have check output compensation in flexi. Still a no go.

i checked the media, its def not slipping. Are either one of you familiar with q160 menu. The manual i have does not have a lot of detail. SIgn warehouse hasnt been alot of help

i think it is offset, because it is consistent. The offset would not be the arms setting would it? is there another offset adjustment. I checked the arms settiings and it is hitting dead on.
