Have you checked the lines on the pump? I have had ink clot in those lines and had similar issues.

WOW! I've been tinting for 18 years, but I've never removed door panels to tint before. I have removed some rear decks because the carpet was so thick though.

We use stouse and discount labels. Have had really good luck with discount labels and they are fast.

I find it easier to laminate longer prints. We keep it on the core from the take up reel. Just line up the print, keep it taunt when you glide it in and it should work fine.

I can't remember the last time I layed vinyl on a banner. I still have pre grommeted rolls that are probably 4 years old...:( Maybe I need to make a few just to clear those rolls out.

We stand ours on end. I made my own floor racks with mdf and the plastic caps that come with the media. Been using that for a year or so. Only had one domino incident. :)

How big are your panels? I ended up doing this one vertical panels, but I don't think I could have got away with only 2.

Those bodies are kinda flimsy. I've had several rc helis. I don't think I would want to tackle that myself.

We have a Transit Connect to wrap later this week and wanted some input. Normally I would wrap in vertical panels, but lately, all of the Transit Connects I have seen around were done horizontal in two panels. I'm leaning towards horizontal. Have any of you guys done a Transit? If so, did you go...

We print on silver a good bit. Print is fine, but contour cutting is another story.
