I have seen some really bad quality laminates appear to sort of brown and burn after a while. Aqueous dye ink (instead of pigmented ink) and probably without laminate as well is another distinct possibility.

I am looking for recommendations on a supplier that offers decals that include a color that is glow in the dark. The decals need to be reversed static-cling, have 2 colors for the main copy (one of those being the glow in the dark), a background flood of black, and probably a back print/flood...
