Probably a stupid question but after 6+ years, I've never had this problem. Seems like this happend after a firmware update? When printing/cutting, the cut line has moved to the right about a quarter inch and its not lining up with the print. How do I fix this?

So Friday July 3rd, I ran out of magenta ink. I got my ink in today and I printed 1 sheet fine and now magenta isn't being printed. I've been running powerful cleaning for an hour now and see no improvements. Somebody please help!
