So I left the shop last night to find this stuck into the ground in front of my shop ! I understand there are competitors but to put your crappy sign directly in front of a sign shop? Really? Thought everyone would get a kick out of this ..
So my Roland will miss cuts in any contour cut during jobs and I think I've tried everything to fix it but nothing is working! Here is what I've done. I've put in a brand new blade, tried other new blades. The force is correct as it cuts 90% of the job. The parts where it misses, it seems...
I have a Roland VP540. Been printing all day, all week, ect. Freshly cleaned, ran medium clean and this is what it looks like printing where the align marks are at (3M material). Lines aren't there in the majority of the print. Any ideas on what is going on here ?
Sometimes I'd like to cut my prints a couple minutes later instead of instantly without pushing "pause" on the printer. Is there a way in settings to set this up to where it will cut "x amount" of minutes after it prints? Thanks.
