A blade with a sharper angle will give you a better cut. Don't mess with the depth. You might also stack the job on top of itself so it will cut two times, or you might be able to set "double cut" in your output.

I also had a need for special sizes and hated the cornering process. The Accutter is sure spendy and I held off for a long time. Finally broke down and spent the big $$. I have to tell you, it's one of the best investments I've made. I also searched high and low to find and alternative with no luck.

I have received this error a few times.. Not sure what causes it. The only way I know to get rid of it is to reload corel settings by starting corel and hitting F8. This works but I then need to reset all of my settings. Anyone know why this happens or a better way to reset corel?

I have a Ledco 25" and a Ledco signmaster 44 with heat, I like them both.

Have you checked Discount Labels? They are so competitive that it's hard for us to print most label jobs anymore.
