I just tried to reflatten the image and save it again in Illy. Then just did a print/cut all in 1 option on VW without laminating or anything - and cut is still “shifted” the same as before.

Yes - I twisted the end of the holder to vary the amount of blade that is exposed (tried all different combos) and I routinely twist the knob to tighten the blade holder to ensure it is tight as I know it eventually loosens a bit.

Or would a new cut carriage head do the trick? I've messed around with settings considering the new blade, holder, etc. I just put a new print head in this machine so besides these inconsistent cuts it works great. Thanks!
