Like TresL said, it's whole different printing process, subsurface. And the 3M is just the adhesive part being used.

I wash with Dawn dishwashing detergent. Then I wipe the area generously with Acetone. Then with Rapid Tac.

Amazing to me that in these days and times something like this can cost more in bail or jail time than killing someone. Another case of the authorities being to lazy to chase real crime.
