    Seriously? Did you do any research? You cannot use any other foils than L.T. series on Gerbers heat transfer paper 1 or 2. You have to use a completely different material to use any other foils. Colorprint comes to mind, Gerber has a new one also, I know Hyatts sells some, Imprintables...

    Along with what Fred says you have to locate where the original file is and tell the program. Like if you import from a disk you have to tell it the disk and file, when you send to print it should ask where is file such and such. Kind of a pain I know.

    We have this happen as well. Don't know if this is it but we are thinking could be static electricity. We have ordered some static mats, havn't got them yet so I don't know for sure if that is the problem. Hope that helps, something to look into.
