How do I update the firmware for a Falcon Outdoor 48? There's nothing on the Mutoh Site and it was suggested as a possible fix for dropping prints.

How do I update the firmware? At this point I'm willing to try about anything.

It doesn't show any error and the cable is good. Only using about a 15' ethernet cable. RIP Software is the Mutoh Photoprint 4.

My 48 does the same thing. You never know when it's going to happen either and can make life very difficult. The best solution I've come up with is to drop down the black box where the main board is, take the top off and let it hang open while printing. It seems like it might get a little too...

I've had some banner material in the past that liked to tunnel on just like that. I had to basically turn off the heater right next to the roller and turn the platform heater all the way up. I also had to let it cure longer before handling.

I do a lot of onsite work on trucks. Most are farmers with 18 wheelers for hauling grain or dump box trucks day cabs and sleepers. However I do all the printing and cutting in the shop.
